Please join us for this unique opportunity to get information and ask questions from two of the top specialists in the field of respiratory therapy and home ventilation needs in the Boston/New England area: Dr. Robert Graham and Lauren Perlman.
The meeting will be held in the Chamberlain Conference Room at Franciscan Hospital for Children, located in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Robert Graham, MD, is an Associate in the Division of Critical Care Medicine. Clinical Director, Critical Care, Anesthesia, Perioperative Extension (CAPE) and Home Ventilation Program, Children’s Hospital Boston | Lauren Perlman, RRT, is a Continuing Care Coordinator, Respiratory Care CAPE and Home Ventilation P.rogram, Children’s Hospital Boston.

- Sunday, May 1st, 2011
- Meet at the Museum of Science's Riverview Cafe at 10am, to welcome families, distribute passes, make announcements, and take a TrachCare group photo.
- At 11:00 there is a live animal presentation that you can enjoy or your can feel free to explore on your own.

- Names of the adults attending & number of adult tickets needed (as we know some members may have MOS memberships and may not need passes)
- Names of the children attending & number of children tickets needed
- Number of lunch vouchers needed for your family
